The first step is to check your mailbox and talk to your family and neighbors to see if they received anything. If this doesn't help, wait for 2 more days. Sometimes tracking services show 'Delivered' status even though the parcel is still on the way. You can also contact your local postal services, provide your tracking number and they will locate the parcel for you.
In case the tracking information shows that your order was delivered to an incorrect address, check your shipping details first. You can find them either in your personal account or in the order confirmation email.
We do not take responsibility for the information customer provides us. Thus, if you provided us an incorrect address, we will not be able to refund you. For this reason, please always check your order details in the confirmation email as you can only change them within 24 h after placing the order.
If the address you provided us is correct, but the parcel still was delivered to a wrong destination, please contact us at email@example.com. This situation may appear due to a technical error either from our side or in the carrier's system. If this is the case, we will resend your order to your correct address and cover all the related costs. If your tracking information shows that the parcel was returned to the sender, you can also request a resend. To do so, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your full correct address.
