If your order was successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your order's summary and payment total. Please check all the data you provided carefully to make sure your order will be delivered to the correct address.
You can also check the payment status in your bank or PayPal account either online or by contacting them directly. Please note that sometimes the bank / PayPal holds the payment to verify its security. In this case, the money is deducted from your account but still hasn't reached ours. The payment is pending and verification may take some time — from a few hours to a few days. We do not have any power over this situation — you will have to contact your payment provider if you want to cancel the payment.
