If you have received an item you believe is faulty, you should contact us at email@example.com. Please include detailed information about any malfunctions you discovered, with photos. If the issue is confirmed by our support agent, you can request either a replacement for the faulty product or a refund. In this case, you do not need to send us the original item back. If you are returning a product that is damaged without our fault (in cases, stipulated in our Return Policy), the refund will be partial (30% of the total order).
