Any changes you'd like to make regarding your order can only be made within 24 hours after making the payment on our website. Keep in mind that if we receive your request after this time, your order might be already shipped and therefore your request cannot be accepted.
Order information only includes the information that is vital for the shipping process: your name, address, and the items you ordered. If you'd like to change your contact info, you can still do this after the 24 h period.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for the information customer provides us. Thus, if your order was delivered to an incorrect address that you provided, we will not be able to refund you. For this reason, please always check your order details in the confirmation email as you can only change them within 24 h after placing the order.
Steps to make changes to your order (within 24 hours after purchase):
- Look for an Ionico order confirmation email to find your order number.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the following subject: “Order Changes: #XXXXX" (where #XXXXX — your order number).
- Include the details you'd like to change, e.g. "I want to change the shipping address to..." or "I wanted to order a different item".
We’ll contact you within 24 hours and inform you whether the changes you requested could still be made. Our shipping team usually ships orders the next business day — however, we can never guarantee the possibility to make a change.
For technical reasons, after our changes, you will still see a photo of the originally ordered product in the notifications and order details.
